CBF Visit’s Braidwood FM

Liz Landray from the Community Broadcasting Foundation (CBF) dropped in to meet Presenters of Braidwood FM during a recent visit to Canberra.

Each year the CBF receives funding from the Federal Government to redistribute in grants to community Media organisations.

The CBF has granted more than $18.7 Million to support 173 organisations across Australia this year and sees Community Broadcasters like us as the heart of every community.

Based in Melbourne, Liz is the Grant support person for radio stations in NSW and The ACT and helps with Grant applications from Braidwood FM.

This was a great opportunity for Liz to meet some of the Volunteers at Braidwood FM and to see our studio and find out how we operate.
