Braidwood Community Radio is a not-for-profit Incorporated Association. Its incorporated name is
Braidwood FM Inc and it has an executive committee of 5 people, consisting of a President, VicePresident, Public Officer, Treasurer, and Secretary and is staffed by unpaid volunteers.

It follows the Community Radio Code of Practice (CRCOP) from and is a member of The Community
Radio Broadcasting Association of Australia (CBAA) and its Rules of Association and Objects of
Association are based on the CRCOP.

Braidwood Community Radio is also known as Braidwood FM, and “The Barbed Wireless”. Its Studio
is located adjacent to The Braidwood Services Club at 15 Victory Street, Braidwood and has been
broadcasting since the 26th January 2003, with a mix of Presenters and General Music Mix.

We rely on Membership, Sponsorship and Donations to fund the running of Braidwood FM and any
support you can give will make a difference.
